“I think this property struggles to live up to the St. Regis name, with noticeable wear and tear throughout. While aiming for a family-friendly experience with its pools and activities, reports of maintenance issues and service inconsistencies raise concerns. The promise of personalized butler service and beachfront access seems overshadowed by these shortcomings.”
